PRODUCT

Vitastiq – smart device for vital advice – is electronic self-measuring device for vitamin and mineral status check. It is based on an EAV (electro-acupuncture) methodology, which uses electrodes to send low current on acupuncture points through the body, which can measure our vitamin and mineral status. Electronic signal is sent to the smartphone through a connection cable. Using the Vitastiq application, your smartphone displays that electronic signal as visualised data about our vitamin and mineral levels.
Vitastiq is not a medical device and it is not meant for medical purposes. Using Vitastiq is simple, harmless and noninvasive.

PAYMENT

Credit cards and debit cards accepted
Webshop Vitastiq accepts debit and credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
Online credit card authorisation is provided by Eway™ or PayPal. Data transfer is secured by using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 256 bit instant SSL data encryption, provided by an SSL certificate.
All payments will be finalised in Australian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
Charging your account
Vitastiq requests an authorisation, which holds the funds for the full purchase amount. As Vitastiq processes your order, authorised funds will be unavailable and may display as “pending” on your credit or debit card’s online statement.
When using a debit card (MasterCard, Visa), funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment the package is shipped. Once the package has been delivered, you may return your order within 14 days. You can submit your cancellation by email cancellations@vitastiq.com.au.
If you cancel your order before your items are billed, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire and any authorizations placed on your debit card account can take up to 10 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific time frames.

 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

We ship world wide via registered mail or standard mail depending on location. We aim to have your product delivered in the shortest possible time.
In regular conditions the products are delivered on weekdays, within 3 days from shipping date. If the assessment of the delivery period is longer than 30 days, or for any reason we can’t deliver the required product, you will be notified by email or phone provided in the payment process.
In conditions where there is an organized courier service (express delivery), your package will be delivered directly to your shipping address. By singing the delivery form recipient confirms the receipt of the goods and takes responsibility. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Please fill in the address form with the street address where the authorized recipient should receive and confirm the delivery.
Please note that some delivery services may not be available in all countries. Shipping costs will be displayed after you select the shipping location. Please select your delivery location to check availability and estimate prices in AUD or NZD at checkout.

Customs clearance
Packages may be subject to customs clearance in some countries. Customs policy varies from country to country. Vitastiq cannot influence on whether the package will go through customs clearance, nor how long will it take, nor on possible costs. Any possible cost resulted from the clearance, is to be settled by the recipient.

 

RETURN POLICY

According to the regulation of the Consumer Protection Law, customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning an undamaged, unused product you purchased from the Vitastiq Online Store:

  • You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Vitastiq can be returned to Vitastiq Pty Ltd. Vitastiq products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is packed in it’s original packaging with all parts and documentation that were included when you received it. Make sure to pack it in a protective format, as damaged goods will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are to be settled by you.

Claims – damage or malfunction
When you are returning a product that is defective or unusable, please let us know about the situation and we will arrange the return shipment free of charge and replace it. You may submit your justified complaint by contacting our Customer Service at support@vitastiq.com.au
Please provide us with your valid address and contacts (number and email) for the pick-up. Customer may also personaly deliver the item to Vitastiq Pty Ltd, PO Box 7145, Bondi Beach,
NSW, 2026. When we receive returned item(s), we can send you the new one.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is packed in it’s original packaging with all parts and documentation that were included when you received it. Make sure to pack it in a letter form (NOT BOX). Best to use the form similar to that used for its original delivery.
If necessary, please contact us on support@vitastiq.com.au and we’ll explain the returns pick-up procedure.

Refunds
If a customer requests a refund, once we receive the returned item, a refund will be initiated as soon as possible, not later than 14 days. If you cancelled your order, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your card-issuing bank policy. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

 

SECURITY CODE

A Card Security Code (CSC), also called Card Verification Value (CVV), Card Verification Code (CVC), or Card Verification Number is a unique 3 or 4 digit number printed on your card, in addition to the account number.

It is not embedded within the card’s magnetic field nor appearing on the bills or receipt of the merchants. Verification number serves as a proof of physical possession of the card at the moment of on-line purchase and it reduces the possibility of a fraud.

Position of verification number imprint depends on the card in question. Verification number for other accepted cards (MasterCard, Visa) is imprinted on the back of the card.
