According to the regulation of the Consumer Protection Law, customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.

Claims – damage or malfunction

When you are returning a product that is defective or unusable, please let us know about the situation and we will firstly try to troubleshoot it with you.  If you still believe the product to be faulty, then you may return it to us and if found to be faulty we will offer a replacement product or money back depending on the age of the product.

Please provide us with your valid address and contacts (number and email) for the pick-up.  Once the item is found to be faulty we will offer a replacement or money back depending on the age.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is packed in it’s original packaging with all parts and documentation that were included when you received it.

If necessary, please contact us on and we’ll explain the returns pick-up procedure.


On items found to be faulty, if a customer requests a refund, once we receive the returned item, a refund will be initiated as soon as possible, not later than 14 days.
