According to the regulation of the Consumer Protection Law, customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning an undamaged, unused product you purchased from the Vitastiq Online Store:

  • You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Vitastiq can be returned to Vitastiq d.o.o. Vitastiq products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is packed in it’s original packaging with all parts and documentation that were included when you received it. Make sure to pack it in a letter form (NOT BOX). Best to use the form that DHL delivered it to you.
  • Return shipping costs are to be settled by the recipient.

Claims – damage or malfunction

When you are returning a product that is defective or unusable, please let us know about the situation and we will arrange the return shippment free of charge and replace it. You may submit your justified complaint by contacting our Customer Service at support@vitastiq.com

Please provide us with your valid address and contacts (number and email) for the pick-up. Customer may also personaly deliver the item to Vitastiq d.o.o. at Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. When we receive returned item(s), we can send you the new one.

Refunds

If a customer requests a refund, once we receive the returned item, a refund will be initiated as soon as possible, not later than 14 days. If you canceled your order, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your card-issuing bank policy. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
