The LED light does not turn on while measuring.

  1. You can try to press-and-turn the tip of the device several times quickly with your finger to make sure all the contacts adhere correctly.
  2. Enable microphone for Vitastiq app (iPhone>settings>vitastiq app>allow Vitastiq to acccess: Microphone).
  3. Audio/headsets volume needs to be set on maximum.
  4. Check the cable connectivity. If the cable is loosely connected to your smartphone, the device might be malfunctioning. Please try out Vitastiq with some other smartphone to see if it’s working proper.
