I press the device at the measuring point shown in the application, but nothing happens: why?

Ensure that the blue light on your device is turned on. If the light remains off, it is possible that there is no contact between the skin and the device. Try to make contact by moving towards the same point as shown on the screen.
If the LED is on but the indicator is not moving to measure, try to move and/or twirl the tip of the Vitastiq around the reference point till it starts reading values.
If it’s still not responding, restart your smart device – completely turn it off, then turn it back on after a few seconds, and try again.
